The camp was truly enriching and offered a valuable learning experience. I gained a deeper understanding of how to incorporate Dinacharya and Ayurveda into daily life, and how to inspire others to follow these principles as well. We also learned about different therapies and the preparation of various medicinal oils, chawanprash, amla candy , etc. including the appropriate time for collecting dravyas and the correct methods of using different medicines. Additionally, the camp provided clarity about future career opportunities. Meeting highly experienced doctors and getting the chance to learn and work under their guidance made this experience even more meaningful and insight.
